Global Citizenship Observatory (GLOBALCIT)
GLOBALCIT is an observatory within the Robert Schuman Centre of the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. It involves three partner institutions and its goal is to provide academics, governments, international organisations and NGOs with citizenship-related information for research and evidence-based evaluation of public policies. The GLOBALCIT website provides country reports on citizenship laws and policies worldwide, comparative citizenship analyses, working papers, case law notes, and policy briefs. In addition, GLOBALCIT has developed eight user-friendly databases on citizenship matters and three databases on electoral right.
