We're looking for an Operations & Partnerships Officer

27 March 2020

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE TO APPLY HAS NOW PASSED.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We are seeking an Operations & Partnerships Officer to help administer our expanded Secretariat and membership, and to play a key role in enabling ENS to fulfil its mission to address statelessness in Europe.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in administration, project support, event management and operational delivery (including HR, finance and office management).

The post is advertised as a full-time one-year fixed-term contract, but the intention is to fundraise to extend the post on a permanent basis as an important function within the ENS Secretariat. To learn more about the post please download the full role description and person specification (pdf).

How to apply?

Candidates should send a completed application form to info@statelessness.eu no later than 27 April 2020 (9 am), stating “Operations & Partnerships” in the subject heading. For questions about the role contact ENS Head of Communications, Operations & Development, Jan Brulc (jan.brulc@statelessness.eu).

Candidates are also encouraged to fill out an Equality and diversity form. Your co-operation in completing this form is greatly appreciated, but not mandatory. Any information you provide is treated in strictest confidence and does not form part of your application.

Regrettably, due to the large number of applications we usually receive, it is not possible to write to you should you not be shortlisted for an interview. If you have not heard from us within 20 days of the closing date, please assume that your application has not been successful on this occasion.

Interviews are provisionally scheduled to be conducted in early May 2020, pending a risk assessment of the situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which may require us to postpone or make reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process.
