Legally Invisible Persons in Serbia – the State Must Take Over the Responsibility

The report Legally Invisible Persons in Serbia – the State Must Take Over the Responsibility represents actual cases from practice which clearly indicate the need for adoption of a separate law that would regulate the procedure of recognition of persons before the law with the aim to overcome legally unbearable situation. By presenting actual cases and real life stories, as well as by making efforts towards recognition of every person before the law, Praxis aims to give legally invisible persons the voice they do not have and motivate the authorities to act in full compliance with their powers and obligations.
