We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Consultant to work with us on a new project, Strengthening the Capacity of NGOs and Local Governments to Identify and Address Statelessness in Refugee and Migration Contexts in Europe and Central Asia.Â
Â
This two-year project will develop country specific toolkits and facilitate global knowledge exchange to improve protection pathways for stateless people.
We are commissioning a MEL Consultant to support reflection within the ENS Secretariat and project partner organisations, help project partners measure the impact of project activities, and facilitate learning to inform future initiatives.
The Consultant will help us establish data collection tools and responsibilities, and gather and analyse data together with project partners and the project’s Community Advisory Board. Â
Please read the Invitation to Tender for more details about the project and how to submit a proposal. The deadline for proposals is 9am GMT on Monday 18 November 2024.Â
