Read our joint UPR submission on Estonia

ENS, along with the Legal Information Centre on Human Rights and the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion, has made a joint submission on Estonia to the Human Rights Council at the 24th Session of the Universal Periodic Review.

You can download the full submission here.

The submission draws on the recent study by ENS Ending Childhood Statelessness: A Study on Estonia which can be downloaded here. Using the UPR and other human rights treaty bodies to highlight the problem of childhood statelessness is part of a strategy outlined in this action statement following ENS's June 2015 conference "None of Europe's Children Should be Stateless".
