Across the UK, stateless people and people at risk of statelessness are living in limbo, facing an uphill battle to resolve their status and unable to get on with their lives.

A new briefing from ENS, Asylum Aid, Jesuit Refugee Service, JustRight Scotland and University of Liverpool Law Clinic sets out clear steps that should urgently be taken to prevent and reduce statelessness in the UK.
