Joint submission to the Committee on the Rights of the Child on Serbia

Praxis (Serbia) and the European Network on Statelessness made a joint submission to the Committee on the Rights of the Child for the 101st Pre-Sessional Working Group. The submission includes information on Serbia's compliance with the right of every child to immediate birth registration and to acquire a nationality.
