As part of our #RomaBelong project, with support from the EU–Council of Europe Roma Integration Phase III programme, we produced this paper on Bosnia and Herzegovina in partnership with Vaşa Prava BiH.
While progress has been made, law, policy, and practice in Bosnia and Herzegovina do not sufficiently protect Roma communities from statelessness.
This paper provides a clear and evidenced analysis of the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and outlines actionable steps to close these gaps.
