As part of our #RomaBelong project, with support from the EU–Council of Europe Roma Integration Phase III programme, we produced this paper on Kosovo in partnership with Roma Versitas Kosovo.
Whilst Kosovo has taken significant legal and institutional steps to address statelessness, implementation is often fragmented and procedural issues remain.
This paper provides a clear and evidenced analysis of the current situation in Kosovo and outlines actionable steps to close these gaps.
