As part of our #RomaBelong project, with support from the EU–Council of Europe Roma Integration Phase III programme, we produced this regional paper on Roma statelessness in the Western Balkans.
This paper presents a regional analysis of remaining challenges and action areas to address the risk of statelessness among Roma communities in the Western Balkans, drawing on six papers prepared by our members in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
